Thursday 27th of November
| 1400-1900 | Registration at the SAS Radisson, we will hand out the badges and EBM booklets with all the info on the attendees. | |
| 1900-2000 | Bus ride to the restaurant L'Archeologia. | |
| 2000-2400 | Dinner at L'Archeologia. | |
| 2400-2430 | Bus ride to the hotel or to the centre of the city for the attendants who want to get a first look at the Italian night life. |
Friday 28th of November
| 1000-1230 | Speed dating sessions at the meeting room of the SAS Radisson, we will separate all companies in groups with the same interests and you get to sit 6 minutes with each company in your group. | |
| 1230-1400 | Lunch at the SAS Radisson. | |
| 1400-1600 | One on One meetings, we give you the time and opportunity to have one on one meetings with the companies you have chosen to talk to. We will have a service desk available to help you plan your meetings but please set up your schedule before you come to Rome. | |
| 1600-1900 | Guided tours through Rome (optional) | |
| 1930-2000 | Bus ride to the Centrale Ristotheatre. | |
| 2000-2400 | Dinner and show at the Centrale Ristotheatre, after dinner and show the theatre will open its doors for the public and will change into a dancing. |
Italy of course is well known for its cuisine so we have organised a very special restaurant for the Thursday night. On Thursday night busses will come and pick us up at the hotel and bring us to the famous L'Archeologia Restaurant where we will have an authentic Italian dinner. After dinner the busses will take us back to the hotel or to what ever place you want to go to in Rome.

On Friday night we will take you to another special place called the Centrale Risto Theatre where during a walking dinner you will be entertained by "Notti Romane" a variety show which, thanks to the colourful dancers, the harmony of the singers and the fascinating folk dance makes you feel back in time and experience the best moments in the artistic tradition of the "Bel Paese".
